Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at buyblueprint@gmail.com

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items after verification. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
